The large living room has 2 big windows looking directly the lake, refined furnished with sofa, armchairs and dining table, reading and relax corner, Sat tv.
Close to the apartment, 50 meters, there is a private garden directly on the lake reserved for guests of the apartments, where you can sunbathe and relax. The house is 150 meters from the public beach.
