Blu Lago is a recently renovated structure in the historic center of Predore, a magnificent town on the shores of Lake Iseo.
The philosophy underlying the project is that of sustainability: recovering an old farmhouse and bringing it back to life thanks to careful renovation work which has allowed us to achieve a very high standard of energy efficiency. The owners' desire to redevelop the historic center rather than build further buildings is clear; this is a value to underline.
Blu Lago is located in the heart of the town, in an elevated area, overlooking the lake. The location is strategic: it is quiet, a few minutes walk from the lake and from the starting point of several panoramic paths and trekking; a magical place to discover.
Blu Lago is made up of 2 apartments, Blu Lago Sky and Blu Lago Inn.

There is a public car park a few steps from the house, it is necessary to climb a few steps. To reach the car park you have to go along a road in the center of the town, in some places it is narrow and steep, but any car can do it.
